I promise, reading this will be less painful than a root canal, and more enjoyable. (Although people make some real funny noises when they get dental work done.)

Seriously, we have worked extremely hard to create these beautiful custom designed copyrighted displays & we are looking forward to making people smile for years to come. With that in mind... please take the following steps to ensure the safety of our displays as well as the people who will be enjoying them.

Our party decoration displays / Funny Yard Card Rentals are COPYRIGHTED! All rights are reserved by Ron Leishman of Toonaday.com. You may not use any image or any portion thereof for any purpose without written permission by the artist.

Signs are for rental decoration only!
They are very fragile, and we don't want anyone hurt.

Please do not allow children to play on, climb on, or play around our displays. You or a loved one could be harmed. We will not be responsible for injury or damage resulting from unsolicited use.
Please do not attach balloons to the displays, due to our Florida Heat / weather conditions, balloons may STICK to images causing PERMANENT damage which may result in addional charges for damaged rental useage.
If you plan on using or buying Balloons for your display we have special holders that can be placed in stretigic places that will do the job safely.

We know our critter decorations are cute!!
However, PLEASE resist the urge to keep one! If you would like one, you may be able to purchase one for a fee. (usually between $15 - $195, depending on the sign) just ask us & we will be happy to get you a new, unused, or used one!

Please do not relocate any decorations.
If you would like the display to be moved, please let us know , we will be glad to move it for you. Keep in mind a delivery fee may apply each time we come to move the display. We cannot be held responsible for damage to person or property as a result of moving our signs. We ask that you please refrain from mowing or trimming near our signs as this may cause damage. All decoration displays are the sole property of Funny Yard Card Rental.

(To the renter)
If any part of the decoration display is stolen, or there is damage, it is the responsibility of the party who ordered the rental to replace it.

(To the surprised party) Since the renter was nice enough to surprise you, we're sure you wouldn't want to have them pay for the cost of replacing any of the signs that may be lost or damaged. An you would not want to keep someone else from being surprised on their special day.

FREE Keepsake Gift for the "surprised party"! If when we return to pickup, everything is in it's place, the display is complete and not damaged!
